Return and Refund Policy
At Evergreen Lux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to assist you.
Returns You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
Fragile Items
If any items arrive damaged or broken, please contact us at info@evergreenlux.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items. Once we review the photos, we will arrange a replacement for you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. After assessing the condition of the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect will depend on your payment provider’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
